What is the Christian vision of the modern mystic?

I am not talking about the occult, but also other New Age techniques like meditation, visualization, color therapy, dream work, aromatherapy, light therapy, etc., with spirituality and Christianity, or perhaps a different religion. And what about Daniel? Or Joseph?

I am a Christian minister. I practice a number of methods that fall in this category. I meditate regularly. I often use crystals for meditation. I also use crystals in my Reiki practice. I also have light, color and aromatherapy in the past. These methods work if used correctly. They have the ability help both to heal, both individually and to help them tap into their spiritual center. It is sad that these ideas are often other Christians to get demonized. God Bless! +? +
