iTunes-ish American Idol Car Commercial Song?

A few years ago on a break from American Idol, there was this car commercial with this fantastic song. I remember I do not like the car commercial, it was. But I remember that commercial, a black screen with a display yellow on the front – a bit like an Apple (Computer) has been or PLAYSTATION display, it just was all yellow, and dodging one line. The group / Song sounded like Coldplay, but I am not able to find the song! I have only seen the commercial once in my entire life. It was during American Idol. Please Anybody know what I mean? It was 2-3 years ago …
