My office blinks when I play a number of ….? open

My office blinks when I run some games or the Windows Media Player song display. The few games I've played the last time but now glistens din't do it, and in some games like: Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 and Red Alert 2, I did not blink. My graphics card is 128 MB (NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4600)

This is probably because your old video card. After some time, it was fun all the parts and a series of 4 is far away. I had more than one year version because it had conducted some fundamental problems in programs. I suggest that you update your video card. It can not affect anything but it has many limits.
