I am 16 years 3 months and 6'1, and I want to make sure of at least 4 inches … How do I develop it?

My Dad's 5'9, My Mom's 5'6. My concern is for athletes (height means a lot) in sport and I'm not sure I can leave the To Genetics. I wish the greatest in my family (too). I have not had the opportunity to complete my facial hair at the moment so I think I've always increase of at least some. I lift weights and I heard things like lifting weights can stunt growth, even if I read any conclusive information on them. It seems possible, since it came under pressure on the spine. I want to be great. Julius Irving increased from 6'1 at 6'6 so my age to 25 years, I'm an inspiration, but I know it is his genes.
