stand visualization

This is the last .. pleeease … Java 1.4 again?
1 During playback in cells with a double set of chromosomes, 2 sprigs DNA by a process called combined received "Crossing Over". The two strands are broken at the same place, and change, so the front portion of the range of 1 to transferred to the rear part of the channel 2 and vice versa. So, if the 2 strands are AATTACGTATGGCCGA and CGTTCGCGATTGTGTG and we have a crossing point 7, the results AATTACG | GATTGTGTG and CGTTCGC | TATGGCCGA (Vertical lines are merely to facilitate visualization. They are not part chain.) Crossover.java Write a program to perform this calculation. We must ask the user to enter the type 2 strands, then a number. It must then print the results of the junction 2 of the strands that 2 new channels. Do not worry about whether the 2 channels are the same length, or are sufficiently long to be delivered to this issue. So do not worry if the strings really with the letters A, T, G and C stand for the nucleotides that make up DNA real
Have you not installed on this PC for Eclipse a real answer, but if I understand the problem …. Principle, be made and should have two strings to intersect at some point. Watch String.substring () methods in Java and should be a quite easy. Good luck.
