Problem viewing space?

I asked this question before, but not yet received the answer I was looking for, it was not detailed enough. In essence, I can not see things as the objects are in a different direction to look. Most people should normally be able to do, but I can not. Is it possible to (for example, the fixed eye exercises)?

It would be a function brain in solving problems, not an optical problem.
