Do you think that meditation half hours a night is good?

I really profound meditation on this point, as if I'm dreaming. Creative Visualization is much easier when you meditate. You feel and see things as if it was so real and you're there. I meditate In the rule, as if I'm on the beach and feel so calm and relax and just like heaven, because if I am. I also swim in the deep waters, and find treasure chests. I opened with a key and when it opens, there is a light and pure white, makes me want to wrap! The feeling is awesome! I want a sort of statements or AFFORMATIONS I develop in my personality, or who have something in real life. This meditation allows you to open your mind to the possibilities and help you to convictions in the head. It removes the limitation of beliefs. I'm also going to think for a fairyland with falls water and the moon, and with so much water with twinkling lights. It's a good feeling. I also myself as a goddess and I so beautiful! It feels really good and confident in yourself in real life. Meditations I, when I want and stop when I want. Meditation is a powerful tool to change your life, your beliefs and things that you did in your life!
