I am in desperate need of a decent multimedia player application.?

I need a media player with less than 350 MB of RAM used. As currently uses iTunes, but with my library, it is extremely slow loading and closing. But I functionality. Burns CD MP3, CDA (including CD-text), has an integrated sound enhancers, and cracks in any format … and best of all is FREE!
