meditation visualization

Meditation (visualization)?
The other night I noticed that the display of color and other other ideas (such as sunsets or water) is the simplest and most effective meditation for me. However, when I practiced, I noticed that I closed my eyes and the color came to me, of course, but now I'm having a really bad time to visualize things. I mean, I can kind of image of the object, but not obvious and I certainly do not feel "it. So you have any tips / tricks for viewing or mediation in general?
Meditation is a mystery. If you push harder, it's just less likely to go hand in hand. But if the relaxation all the parts fit. Do not see clearly, so you can see clearly.
